Introduction to Qigong

Qigong (pronounced Chee gung), is a system of self-care and self-healing that combines slow gentle movement with breath and intention. It excels at: increasing energy and reducing fatigue, increasing clarity and balance, calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety. Most of the exercises are done standing or sitting and there is no wrong way to do qigong.
