Local Resources
ShareCare believes in collaborative efforts to support all seniors in need. When we founded the Living and Aging Well in Leelanau Collaborative, we envisioned numerous agencies working together to address critical needs among seniors. ShareCare works directly with a number of agencies including: Leelanau County Senior Services, Northern Michigan Alzheimer’s Association, and NPalliative. Our Care Coordinator makes referrals to providers across the region. The following resources are available to seniors and their families who are looking for information on services for seniors.
